Booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on anthonylauricella.pages.dev. Please read them before confirming: by confirming the booking, you accept them.

The price

The price we quote is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You only pay for optional services if you choose them.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights; children up to 12 are exempt.

How to book

  1. Ask about availability for your dates, using the calendar or the contact details on the site.
  2. We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and a link to these conditions.
  3. The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after paying the deposit.

Cancellation

If we have to cancel it, we will immediately refund what you have paid, without prejudice to the protection the law grants you.

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply: the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (Art. 59(1)(n)). The cancellation terms set out above apply.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: from 4 pm to 9 pm; from 9 pm to midnight by arrangement, with a €30 supplement payable on site.

Departure: from 8 am to 10 am.

On arrival, every guest shows a valid identity document: by law, we report their details to the Questura (Art. 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security).

Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.

Complaints and jurisdiction

To make a complaint, write to lauricella.anthony@gmail.com. The contract is governed by Italian law. If you book as a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence or domicile, if it is in Italy.
